The MCC course is a mandatory requirement to obtain your commercial pilot’s licence and is increasingly a prerequisite for airline selection processes.

At Aerodynamics Academy, we offer two types of MCC courses, the JOC MCC and the APS MCC. These courses are focused on acquiring airline procedures and prepare you to become a multi-crew airplane pilot, laying the foundation for a successful Type rating.

Multi-Crew Cooperation and Jet Orientation Course A320 A320 (MCC JOC). One of the most important aspects of becoming a pilot is understanding everything that happens in the cockpit. Being able to react effectively in any situation is a fundamental skill for a pilot. This course will help you refine your leadership, decision-making, and teamwork skills. It covers all aspects related to managing roles within the cockpit.

Course Content

  • CBT A320 (self-study)
  • 25 Hours in-house lessons (4 days)
  • 20 hours SIM A320 (5 days)

Requirement for MCC JOC

  • EASA or ICAO multi-engine instrument rating

Airline Pilot Standard Multi-Crew Cooperation A320 (APS-MCC JOC A320)

This course is an EASA standard for candidates looking to join an airline. Focused on airline structures, it prepares you for your first job as a first officer on a multi-crew airplane.

An increasing number of airlines select candidates with APS MCC training, ensuring your success in the type rating course.

Our APS MCC is conducted in our EASA-approved Airbus A320 simulator, designed to provide new pilots with all the knowledge and skills needed to excel in airline interviews and prepare for a real working environment.

Course Content

  • CBT A320 (self-study)
  • 35 Hours in-house lessons (5 days)
  • 40 hours SIM A320 (10 days)

This training provides you with

  • Airline Pilot Standard (APS)
  • Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC)
  • Crew Resource Management (CRM)
  • Jet Orientation Training (JOT)

Requirement for APS MCC

  • EASA or ICAO multi-engine instrument rating

Facilities and fleet

The convenience of having theoretical classes next to the aerodrome means that our students can receive both their theoretical and practical training on our Campus. More than 62,000 m² to become an aviation professional.

An extensive fleet of aircraft, with a total of 17 aircraft owned: C150 C172, C172 RG, PA28, BE-76, equipped with FADEC system, GLASS COCKPIT ASPEN AVIONICS, diesel engines to mention some of its characteristics.

FNPT II ALSIM and FTD1 AIRBUS 320 SIMULATOR manufactured with a real cabin and equipped with the ORIGINAL A320 SOFTWARE.


More than 300 days of sunshine a year allow us to fly almost daily. Which means that our students can carry out their internships without unforeseen weather events. Thus achieving your integrated ATPL within the established deadlines.

EASA Examination Center

Aerodynamics Academy is an official EASA exam centre. Which allows us the convenience that our students can take their official exams from our own center without having to travel.

Own maintenance team

European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 145 approval is a company-level certification to the European Commission’s regulatory standards for the design, production, maintenance and operation of aircraft components.

Our own maintenance team PART 145, PART 147, and CAMO allows us to keep our fleet in optimal conditions 365 days a year. This efficiency together with the weather conditions allows us to fly 7 days a week.

Aerodynamics Academy is approved by the State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) with the center number E-ATO 226 and under EASA regulations (European Aviation Safety Agency), which allows it to work in practically all European countries.
